Strava Races (CC)

Going strong so far with last week moved forward to this weekend.

GC raised suggestion around opening up contest to Family

engagement. Exec to consider this particularly in upcoming school holidays.

Fox On Rocks (GC)

Making good progress with event planning so far with White Lightning
happy to run event timing & paramedics. Coaching program prior to event also in the works.

Working on social media advertising with a hope to run some
supporting races between now and then – working on Heritage as title sponsor.
Official socials to come from TMBC social page due to reach.

Tom has organised park entry/ rental stuff with Lulu doing catering.
Matt from Frenzy shuttles is on board for both coaching days and event days (likely
utilising the club trailer with minivan as well as current Frenzy set up).

for removal.

SM – Highlife remediation works to be looked at post back burning
works with a push for highlife to be converted to a one way decent.

GC raised idea of amalgamation Mt Peel & Stenner St jumps into
one club. MB confirmed that idea has been discussed in past meetings – with the
majority against due to volunteer maintenance having to be spread across the 3
sites and funding for upgrades/ repairs/ maintenance can only be applied for and issued to TMBC.

WB raised idea of council arranging clean fill drops at bottom of
jubilee to be utilised in areas of the park where dirt is scarce. Club to
explore this
