Presidents Report
Welcome to the final meeting of 2021. A lot of rain, a lot of grass growing quickly. Big efforts by club Vollies to get snipping and keep as many trails open as possible. This was achieved both with ad hoc efforts by single people taking time off work to snip sections, culminating in a Club maintenance day, complete with a good old BBQ. Some issues surrounding Friends of Escarpment Parks, which we will cover in detail during this meeting.
Treasurers Report
$33k in Club funds. $1500 to go back to members for North Face Refunds. Cam doing refunds tonight. TRC still to pay $9k for realignment work, invoice sent in.

Hyperlink creek “B line”
Waide cut in an easier alternate line. TRC wanted a “B line” at the crossing so that Hyperlink can form part of a Green Loop
Brett and Juliet advised that Hyperlink is a solid Blue line, and that the creek crossing is actually a Black feature. Further investigation required.
