All members Emails are now organised through AusCycling, with the supporters memberships being manually entered into Tidy HQ. The maintenance training workshops are being organised in conjunction with TRC, with funding through a grant application with AusCycling. The shipping container is now located at the grassy knoll and should provide much easier access to trail maintenance equipment.

MM - Google form to send donors
Form will have options for each donor - refund/leave in club funds etc.
GG suggested that the form should have information regarding what the club has achieved over the last 3 months, and what the club is intending to achieve over the next 3 months.
Look into tax deductible nature of the donations

Trail and Signage Audit
DW requested that all members keep an eye out for any signage that may be missing, or in need of repair.
UPDATE
Centrelink Up - Signage required at the split to Centrelink / Giblets.
CC to make up a mini map with new changes.
Signage required at jumple at crows flight/centrelink/canyonero area.
possible issue with canyonero centrelink and crows flight centrelink converging.
Removal of logs on Centrelink to morph it into a green climb trail?
possible ride around option so that logs can remain and its flowy for beginner riders
Daniel from TRC requested a copy of the design of the Cheeseburger/ Fries changes
TRC requests a B line on the Hyperlink creek - this will provide another viable green loop on the upper trails.
New Run of Merchandise
Socks $18 a pair (minimum order of 40 - local printer)
Can’t do logo - however can to print around top
Just Send it, Trail names, TMBC etc
Local printer can now layer colour for more complex designs
WB has a print to place on T-Shirts
Possible Rework of TMBC Merch

Trial a lockable metal chest that moves around Jubilee to the trail that needs it the most

National schools championships cancelled due to COVID
Former Pres Tom Glover begun the initial talks with Chris Tompson (Head of sport at Mt Lofty SHS) of inter school Mountain Biking
DW and CC to meet with CT next week to further discussions
5 schools are currently interested amd TMBC can provide timing gear
All rider will need to secure Aus Cycling membership to participate, which will further boost club membership
UPDATE - September meeting
TMBC Social Engagement
MA suggested that we engage local legends (such as Jared Graves) for a trial side chat/meet and greet with club members.
MA call for sub committee and action
Darren Wilcox (Club Member) suggested Saturday rides/BBQ with 2 x groups of differing levels heading out. Also suggested night rides, which have traditionally been a club favourite.
UPDATE - Social ride issue now sorted out. Auscyling has advised that we can run social rides. DC has drafted up a guide for ride leaders to follow. Confirmation Email from AusCycling starred in the Gmail.
Liability waiver to be investigated (Task completed - Waiver not suitable for club use - as not legally binding) - No longer required, See above.
DC suggested a MTB movie night and BBQ at the start of Spring.

UPDATE - Sub committee (DC and DW) have pushed this out to December school holidays. Intending to make the event a larger event and move it to the depression camp.
Alex McGlashan (club member) suggested a huge rider train from top to bottom.
UPDATE - This could now be facilitated as the Social ride issue is now rectified.

WB has source a water tank
TW has some ideas on awning design 3m x 3m

TidyHQ now has all Membership (215) Emails imported and functioning
Auscycling imports lifestyle and Race Memberships
Supporter memberships are inputed manually by DC
Birthdate field holds the expiry date of each supporter membership
DC to Email each supporter 2 months before expiry of Membership as a reminder. (look into automating this process)
MM to look into adding Supporter Members to AusClycling add in.
MTB Level 0 Coaching Course
AusCycling has provision to run a Level 0 course in Toowoomba

look at alternate lines within the 10m limit, in order to increase the length of both trails
Extend fries to terminate at the concrete drop
Realign Cheeseburger to omit the tight switch backs near the end, instead taking the trail high and down to the current hyperlink
Hyperlink then to begin/terminate, as a safe two way trail at the fireroad at the anonymous entry.

Intended result is that TMBC are consulted somehow in the development process

Weed Management grant comes up 6 monthly - $5000
We must acuit the outstanding grant before reapplying for a new one
WB asked if external contractors could be used in weed management via grant funding
Possibly look into rolling 5k weed management grant
TMBC need to log volunteer weed management hours at $25 per hour per person (part of the acquittal process)
NR to ensure that volunteer hours logged
